All the payments are to be done before delivery.

While every effort is made to fulfil the estimated delivery time, we express regret in the case of delay due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. We accept no liability for the same.

We accept no liability for the loss or damage of your items due to theft, ransacking, fire or other similar uncontrollable causes.
☑️
We reserve the right to, unless specifically instructed not to, use processes to dye, wash, clean chemically any items handed over to us for dry cleaning and charge for the same accordingly.

We take special care to shrinkage, fading of color and other undesirable effects on your items. That said, there is an underlying risk of damage to your items during the cleaning process.

Removal of stains or spots are not guaranteed.

In the event of loss or damage for which the fire may be liable, it has the option of only repairing the articles that are damaged. The liability of the cleaners shall be limited to ten times the cleaning cost of the item.

If the articles are not paid for or collected within three months of the date of receipt, the customer shall have no rights to the item.

The cleaner can use their discretion to recover their cost by claiming the items.
☑️
The cleaners shall not be responsible for the breaking of buttons.
☑️
Any damage must be brought to notice within 24 hours of receipt of garments.

Normal Delivery: As per the printed delivery date on the bill.
☑️
Urgent Delivery: Same day 100% extra garments/articles booked would be returned the next day same.

All disputes are to be settled in the Gurugram court only.
